Central Arcade, Newcastle

Built in 1837 for Richard Grainger, as a commercial exchange. It was rebuilt in 1906 after a fire. Now a pretty place to do some shopping.

In these images I was trying my hand at some street photography, with my nifty 25mm f/1.4 lens. A bright sunny day meant light was streaming through the glass roof of the Arcade.
